Does the Tea Tree with Activated Charcoal soap bar make a black lather or stain things?
It will make a grey-black lather, but it does not stain your shower, skin, or nails. If you use a soap saver, it will temporarily tint it black, but this will wash out with water.
I have super sensitive skin, which soap would you recommend?
All of our soaps are safe for sensitive skin because they contain no harsh chemicals. If you're new with us, give our Honey Oat Milk soap a try. We specifically made it for sensitive skin. It's lightly scented, colourant free, and has added oat milk and honey to help soothe inflamed skin.
Do your soaps have a strong or overpowering scent?
No! We use pure essential oils to scent our soap, so they do not have an overpowering perfume-like scent. We feel they are scented just right, by not being too strong or too weak.
How do you colour your soaps if you claim to have all natural soap bars?
We use natural colourants. For example: alfalfa or spirulina powder to make green or madder root powder to make pink. We have an instagram highlight tab explaining the colourants we use and their benefits to the skin, feel free to check it out!
I want a soap bar with a gentle skin exfoliant, which one should I get?
The Tea Tree with Activated Charcoal, Chocolate Vanilla Latte, and Lemon Poppyseed bars all offer a light skin exfoliant.

Do your soaps help with eczema or psoriasis?
All of our soaps only contain ingredients that will benefit your skin. The coconut oil, shea butter, olive oil, and most essential oils are great for soothing inflamed skin. Check out our Instagram highlights to see how each essential oil and colourant are beneficial to the skin.
Do your soaps help with dry skin?
Yes! We have a lot of customer reviews saying how moisturizing our soap is. When they switched to using our soap, they noticed that their hands don't get dry after each use like they did when using other soaps that contained harsh chemicals. Can my kids use this soap?
Yes! Our soaps are for anyone ages 2+. We recommend for your little ones to start with our Honey Oat Milk soap bar.
Can I use your soaps as shampoo too?
No! Our hand and body bars are made for the skin because of the pH level. Shampoo and conditioner bars need a different pH to suit and benefit your hair. Maybe in the future we will make shampoo and conditioner bars...
Can I use your soap bars on my dog?
No. Dogs and other pets need a specific pH for their skin/hair. However, maybe somewhere down the road we'll make a pet bar for your furry friends too!
Is your Honey Oat Milk soap bar gluten free and vegan?
Our Honey Oat Milk bar is not vegan because it contains honey, but it is made with gluten free oat milk and oats!
Why does the Coffee Scrub and Chocolate Vanilla Latte soaps contain nuts?
We repurpose our coffee grounds from the coffee we brew daily and our coffee is infused with hazelnuts.
I put my soap bar in the shower and it keeps getting soft and mushy...
This is happening because the soap bar is sitting in water. We recommend setting your soap on a bamboo soap holder that has holes to drain the water. If you're using a soap saver, you can take the soap out of the bag after each use and set it on a soap holder to dry out again. Do not leave your soap sitting in water or have running water on it for long periods of time.
